Methods of Payment

All credit card orders are processed through the secure shopping services of PayPal.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, do not use the PayPal Buy Now button. Please send an email or call Cynthia (see Contact Page for info) to tell her which jamescyn you wish to order and she will reserve it for you for 5 business days while she waits for your check or money order to arrive. She will tell you if any shipping or sales tax surcharges will be added to the price. Your jamescyn will ship upon cashing of the money order or when your check clears.


Shipping policies

Although Cynthia would prefer to knock on your door and deliver your jamescyn to you in person so she can see the look on your face when you open the package, I have managed to convince her that it's more realistic to send your jamescyn to you via the US Post Office. It will be insured, and you will need to sign for it so the girl next door won't be tempted to abscond with it before you get home!

Any jamescyn that will be delivered to a Massachusetts address will have a 5% sales tax applied to the order during the PayPal checkout process.

Shipments to the USA and Puerto Rico will have a $15 surcharge added during the PayPal checkout process to cover shipping, handling and insurance.

On International orders that will be delivered outside the USA a $25 surcharge will be added during the PayPal checkout process. International orders will usually arrive within two weeks.

International Shipping note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Cynthia James and/or the jamescyn collection does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.

While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery time frames of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which may further delay delivery. Cynthia James and/or the jamescyn collection does not make any guarantees regarding shipping time for international shipments.


Refund policy

Cynthia wants you to love your jamescyn as much as she does, but, if for any reason it's not right for you...it doesn't quite match your eyes, or you threw your errant husband out the day it arrived and you need to use all you money to hire a lawyer, please contact her (see Contact Page for info) and you will get instructions on how to return the jamescyn for a full refund of the purchase price. And she's a good listener!

She really does create each jamescyn one at a time, with great care, love, and meticulous attention to detail. Therefore, refunds are dependent on the bag being returned in the same pristine condition in which it was sent (at her discretion).

Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Refunds may be issued by check if you paid by check or money order, or a credit to the credit card used at purchase time, and will be issued upon the receipt of the returned bag. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Privacy policy

Any personal information collected by PayPal during the purchase of a jamescyn is subject to the PayPal privacy policy. Any personally identifiable information collected on the jamescyn.com web site or during any correspondence (name and/or e-mail address) will never be sold, rented or shared with any third party.

Special orders

Every jamescyn is unique; no two will ever be exactly alike. If you'd like to talk to Cynthia about a jamescyn made especially for you she will be glad to listen. Any special request accompanied by a box of Butler's Jameson Truffles will get special consideration.
